• At least 2-10 years' experience as a contracts manager in the low rise residential development.
• Must have previous expereince in low rise residential construction in Ontario
• Contraction relation education and or PMP certification
• Review, analyze, and track all contracts necessary to the residential building process for low rise residential
• Contruction related degree or diploma
• Ability to negotiate and communicate with the trades.
