• Daily maintenance of surface land records files including renewals, amendments, prepare cheque requests, update vendors, code invoices, caveat registration, reclamation certificates
• Review and audit land acquisition packages received from land service providers
• Analyze surface files and ensure data accuracy
• Ensure all landowner payments are received in a timely manner
• Crown and Freehold Rental Calendars (Crown Renewals/Amendments)
• Work closely with the area coordinators and land agents
• Monitor and address obligations and compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Identify third parties and prepare request packages
• Assist with projects, A&D, and other duties as required

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Land Analyst
• Land Administration Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working in AB, BC, and/or SK
• Excellent skills using online provincial and regional land systems
• Expert skills in Microsoft including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills with an aptitude for systems and processes
