We are looking for Clerks for Invoicing(Contract 6 months) for our Scarborough location. Shift: 9am -5pm and 8am - 4 pm.

Job Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations within an office or department. Duties include data entry, document processing, record-keeping, and assisting with correspondence to ensure efficiency and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails).
Process invoices, payments, or other financial records as needed.
Support the department with various administrative tasks.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
