Role Overview:


TheMarketing Directorwill play a critical role in executing Myants marketing strategies, ensuring our campaigns, social media initiatives, and marketing assets are delivered with excellence. Reporting to and working closely with the VP of Growth and Strategy, this role focuses on flawless execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing efforts to drive awareness, engagement, and demand.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional with a strong track record in campaign management, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive positioning to ensure Myants messaging resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives. The successful candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly, and pivots are necessary. This is a company undergoing a rapid transformation from R&D into commercialization where roadmaps and foundations are being built. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Coordination:
    • Be proactive and innovative in the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and business goals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Clinical, Sales) and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Work alongside the VP to implement and facilitate the development and execution of Myants social media strategy across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook).
    • Create and curate engaging content that amplifies Myants brand presence and resonates with target audiences.
    • Track social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
  • Content & Collateral Creation:
    • Manage the production of high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations.
    • Ensure all marketing and related documents, strategies and materials are codified and stored to ensure easy onboarding, ease of access and well structured files and folder architecture are maintained.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate Myants value propositions.
    • Oversee the development of digital assets, such as website content, newsletters, email templates, and online advertisements.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:
    • Be the expert on Myants buyers; who they are, how they buy, and their key buying criteria.
    • Understand the competitive landscape, including how competitors are positioned, and share insights with internal teams.
    • Document the buyers journey, including where they get information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decisions. Use these insights to refine sales and marketing processes.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging:
    • Collaborate with Product Development, Clinical, Sales, and other marketing counterparts to develop and execute product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas.
    • Support the development of go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Marketing Planning & Optimization:
    • Develop marketing plans for supported products, including key activities and budgets to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
    • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs on an ongoing basis and report back to the business on required changes.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, creative, and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Channel Marketing & Sales Enablement:
    • Understand and build channel marketing plans, including the needs and requirements of associated marketing communications.
    • Support sales channels by developing internal tools, external collateral, and training materials to help them effectively communicate Myants value.
    • Train sales teams on the problems we solve for buyers and users, and teach them how and when to use marketing tools.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as the central point of contact for marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.
    • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure high-quality outputs.
    • Ensure the website design and development represents and takes into account all the internal and external stakeholder requirements to represent the brand for commercialization, investment and stakeholder needs.
  • Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking:
    • Apply critical and strategic thinking to uncharted and ambiguous situations to solve problems and drive results.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong background in health tech, medtech, wearables, or connected health preferred.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on optimizing campaigns and improving ROI.
