Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday (some weekend shifts as needed based on project requirements)

Job Overview:
Mosaic Home Services Ltd. owns a family of home improvement brands headquartered in Edmonton, with franchise locations from coast to coast. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering calls, emails, and text based inquiries from clients about the various services they offer. They are responsible for selling the various services, scheduling site visits, and working with fellow team members to achieve satisfied clients! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Answering client questions over the phone in a professional manner
• Providing estimates over the phone, via email, and through social media sites based on pre-set pricing structures
• Booking appointments into a CRM System (HubSpot) & Jobber
• Keeping track of conversations per day using a CRM System
• Handling a volume of 50-100 clients per day
• Helping to develop best practices and procedures to achieve sales
• Developing & sending cost estimates to clients via email through a Field Service Management Tool (Jobber)
• Communicating effectively with other inside sales team members
  

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a background in communication, sales, or marketing
• Be able to learn quickly about multiple products and services
• Be adaptable to changing and competing deadlines
• Be a google drive and google suite expert
• Have comfort speaking to clients over the phone
• Be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
