About the Role

As aTraining Specialist, youll play a pivotal role in designing and delivering engaging training programs that enable customers to fully leverage our platform. From developing interactive courses to managing a robust knowledge base, youll ensure users have the resources they need for success. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll create compelling content, analyze customer feedback, and continuously refine training materials to align with product updates and evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for customers, both live and recorded.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
  • Write clear, concise, and user-friendly knowledge articles, documentation, and how-to guides.
  • Design and produce training materials, including videos, e-learning modules, and interactive courses.
  • Update and enhance training content regularly to align with product updates and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with product, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure training materials are accurate and effective.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve training programs and knowledge base content.
  • Support onboarding training for new customers and internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all training and knowledge base materials.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in SaaS training and enablement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer education, or a similar role within a SaaS or GovTech environment.
  • Strong ability to create compelling training content, including written materials, videos, and interactive courses.
  • Experience with knowledge base management and content creation tools (e.g., Zendesk, Confluence, Notion, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with government agencies or in a GovTech SaaS environment is a plus.
