Qualifications:

Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle high workloads and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication, teamwork, and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and eCore, with the ability to work independently.
Overview:
Strong client service skills, and the ability to manage priorities effectively to meet deadlines.
Drafting corporate resolutions, agreements, and transaction documents, as well as preparing incorporation and compliance filings.
Conducts corporate minute book reviews, ensures regulatory compliance, manages corporate records, and performs corporate searches.
Engages with clients, lawyers, and officials, mentors junior staff, provides fee estimates, and researches relevant legal procedures and regulations.
