What we're looking for:

- 2+ years experience working within the dental or healthcare industry

- Track record of owning KPIs and driving meaningful growth in patient acquisition and retention

- A data-driven mindset with hands on experience gathering information from analytics to understand growth performance and make data-informed decisions

- Experience with cross functional teams
