You Will:

• Supervise a team responsible for operating and overseeing reconciliations and providing gross NAV to both internal and external clients
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to facilitate and coordinate hedge fund operations, share knowledge and expertise, and train team members;
• Support new business projects and lead client onboarding initiatives;
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build, supervise, and inspire a team;
• Facilitate and coordinate effective internal communication across business lines to ensure a seamless client experience;
• Effectively manage client communications, participate in client calls, respond to client queries promptly, and foster strong client relationships;
• Champion change, enhance efficiencies, and align existing processes with best practices;

You Have:

• Possess 7 or more years of fund administration experience and 3 or more years of experience in a management role within a fund services provider or a similar financial institution;
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting
• Working knowledge of financial instruments, reconciliation, break resolution and corporate actions
• CPA, CFA or equivalent designations are strongly preferred.
