- Support the development, implementation, and management of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with team leaders to set marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.

- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including traditional marketing, email, social media, stakeholder engagement and digital.

- Plan and oversee events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen brand awareness and market position.
- Develop strategic tools and materials that support both internal and external sales efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, or PMP) is an asset.
- 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven success in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting, specifically with GA4.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
