As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic campaigns, driving effective stakeholder engagement, and driving brand awareness and revenue growth. This role contributes to the organization's success while fostering innovation and collaboration among teams.What You'll Do
  • Support the development, implementation, and management of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to set marketing goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.
  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns, including traditional marketing, email, social media, stakeholder engagement and digital.
  • Oversee content creation, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency with brand identity.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and external agencies, to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholder communications.
  • Leverage digital tools and analytics platforms to measure and analyze campaign effectiveness (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms).
  • Support SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Optimize customer journey touchpoints to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Plan and oversee events, trade shows, and sponsorships to strengthen brand awareness and market position.
  • Develop strategic tools and materials that support both internal and external sales efforts.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Google Ads, or PMP) is an asset.
  • 5–10 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Proven success in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting, specifically with GA4.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media strategy and content creation.
  • Experience with product marketing.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and lead generation.
  • Experience in content marketing and storytelling to build brand equity.
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing trends and technologies.
