FULL TIME, Injection Moulding Specialist

Location: Oakville, ON, Canada

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Specialist to join our team in Oakville, ON. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of injection moulding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Setup and operate injection moulding machines according to production schedules and specifications

- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiency

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines or production process

- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance

- Work with production team to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders

- Train and mentor new employees on injection moulding processes and procedures

- Keep accurate records of production data and report any issues or concerns to management

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection moulding

- Strong knowledge of injection moulding machines and processes

- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
