Ai Insurance Organization is looking for a highly driven Licensed Broker to lead our Estate Bonds program across Canada. With access to exclusive markets and specialized underwriting, you'll help estate executors, trustees, and legal professionals secure the right bonds efficiently and seamlessly.
If you're a detail-oriented, sales-driven insurance professional with experience in surety or fiduciary bonds, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity to build a high-growth book of business while providing essential financial protections for estates and trusts.
What You'll Do✅ Develop & Expand Business: Identify and close new Estate Bond opportunities with lawyers, executors, and estate planners.
✅ Provide Expert Bonding Solutions: Structure Estate Bonds (Executor Bonds, Trustee Bonds, Guardianship Bonds, etc.) to meet client needs.
✅ Guide Clients Through the Process: Simplify complex bonding requirements for estate professionals.
✅ Leverage HubSpot CRM: Track leads, manage client relationships, and streamline sales.
✅ Work with Underwriters: Secure competitive terms from top markets.
✅ Build Strong Referral Networks: Develop relationships with law firms, financial advisors, and estate professionals.
✅ Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets for new business and renewals.
✔ Active RIBO License (Required)
✔ 3+ Years of Commercial Insurance or Surety Bond Experience
✔ Estate Bond Expertise – Understanding of executor, administrator, and guardianship bond requirements.
✔ Proven Sales Success – You're a hunter who thrives on building a book of business.
✔ Strong Relationship & Negotiation Skills – You know how to work with legal professionals and financial advisors.
✔ CRM Proficiency – Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms to track sales & pipeline.
