We are looking for a Lead Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of self-development, highrise residential, and cost analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the estimation team in the preparation of accurate and complete cost estimates
• Work closely with project managers and architects to develop project budgets
• Review and approve all cost estimates before they are submitted to clients
• Monitor project costs to ensure that they are on track and within budget
• Identify and resolve cost overruns
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as an estimator in the self-development, highrise residential, or commercial construction industry
• Strong understanding of cost estimating principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software
