The Opportunity

As a QA Engineer, reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving software quality across a broad portfolio of applications. You will define and implement cutting-edge testing strategies, leveraging AI-powered automation and the latest tools to enhance efficiency, accelerate development, and ensure flawless user experiences.

Your work will go beyond traditional QAyou will be a strategic partner in shaping quality practices, optimizing engineering workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your passion for scalability, automation, and AI-driven solutions will directly contribute to the companys growth and productivity.

What Youll Be Doing

• Own quality across multiple applications, ensuring a scalable, reliable, and efficient QA process.
• Define and implement modern test automation strategies, incorporating AI and machine learning to optimize testing workflows.
• Establish and maintain best-in-class QA standards, including test documentation, automated and manual testing, release validation, and retrospectives.
• Define, track, and report on key quality metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness, detect trends, and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve software reliability, test efficiency, and release confidence.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate testing early into the development cycle, enabling rapid, high-quality releases.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously enhance test coverage, performance, and overall product quality.
• Identify and implement AI-driven testing tools to improve test execution speed and effectiveness.
• Mentor and elevate the engineering teams approach to quality, fostering a culture where testing and quality are shared responsibilities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure product excellence, balancing speed and reliability in an Agile environment.
• Continuously refine processes to enhance team velocity, reduce bottlenecks, and improve productivity.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of QA experience in an Agile development setting, with a track record of owning quality across multiple applications.
• Expertise in test automation, including hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong understanding of modern software quality principles, with a focus on scalability and automation.
• Experience with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Strong experience in defining, tracking, and reporting quality KPIs and metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• A pragmatic, results-oriented mindsetyou focus on impact, efficiency, and delivering value.
• Ability to define and implement QA standards that scale across teams and products.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity for leveraging technology to drive continuous improvement.
• A self-starter mentalityyou take initiative, solve problems proactively, and drive projects to completion.
