Position Overview:

As a Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for providing an engaging and professional gaming experience to our patrons. You will operate table games ensuring adherence to all gaming regulations and internal controls. Your role is crucial in creating a fun, fair, and memorable experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate gaming tables including but not limited to blackjack, poker, and roulette.
• Ensure compliance with all AGLC regulations and internal casino policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor game play and ensure adherence to gaming rules.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and report any irregularities or suspicious activities.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Assist with training new dealers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a casino dealer is required.
• Strong knowledge of casino games and gaming regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling cash.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must meet AGLC requirements to become a registered gaming worker, including a clear criminal record check.

Hours of Work

• The hours of work for this position will vary depending on operational requirements but will include afternoon, late night, evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
