If yes, then we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior HR Business Partner ((Senior People Experience Partner (Sr. PXP))!

As a Sr. HRBP, you will be at the forefront of driving organizational success by partnering with business leaders, C-suite executives, VPs, and all people leaders, along with Centers of Excellence (COEs), to address and support all people and culture needs within the organization. You will play a pivotal role in aligning talent strategy and people programs with the overall business strategy, ensuring that the right people are in the right roles at the right time.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategy Enablement - Enabling Business Strategy through People Plans:
    • You will take ownership of designing, implementing, and executing people plans that align with the organization's strategic goals.
    • By identifying critical roles and talent, you will ensure that the organization has the right skill set to meet business deliverables.
    • You will propose and implement talent solutions to bridge any skills gaps and drive success.
  • Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and Employee Relations:
    • As a change agent, you will coach and support people leaders in performance management and development, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • You will drive talent reviews and succession planning, identifying potential leaders and aligning them with growth plans.
    • Navigating through employee relations challenges will be another critical aspect of your role, maintaining compliance with laws and policies.
  • Reporting and Analytics - PX Insights:
    • You will analyze trends and metrics in partnership with COEs to develop talent solutions and optimize productivity.
    • By tracking and reporting data, you will empower business partners to make effective people decisions and support strategic decision-making.
  • Compensation Planning and Review:
    • You will collaborate with the compensation team to provide guidance on role design and market benchmarking.
    • Leading comp changes, such as merit increases and bonuses, will be a part of your role to ensure fair and competitive compensation.
  • Employee Experience, PX Projects, and Programs:
    • Co-creating and rolling out PX programs that support organizational goals will be an exciting part of your role.
    • You will research best practices to inform program development and improvement, ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Undergraduate degree in HR Management or Business
  • CHRP/CHRL is preferred
  • At least 7 years of work experience in a Senior HRBP/Generalist role
  • 5+ years of work experience in performance and talent management
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing and prioritizing multiple competing priorities.
  • Problem solving, influencing skills
  • Experience in communicating with executive audience
  • Employee relations negotiation and mediation skills
  • Facilitation and presentation skills are desirable

Location

This role offers the best of both worlds, with 2 days a week spent in our vibrant offices in Cambridge (our primary hub) and occasional days in Toronto as required.
