Job Description:

• Full Stack Java Developer responsible for building scalable microservices over the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
• Full stack development (.Net Core)
• Java developer
• Proficient in PostgreSQL and good understanding of Star schema base database knowledge
• Understanding of Containerization (Kubernetes)
• Experience working with DevOps practices and CICD model of Deployment.
• Ability to deep dive and demonstrate RCA/Postmortem skillset along with Support experience.
• Azure experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

• Assist with deploying minor and major releases as produced by the Global Product Engineering team.
• Provide L3 Support - responding to prioritized and elevated tickets.
• Gain working understanding of their products
• Work in collaboration with SRE to ensure all the relevant support is provided when deploying the Applications.
• Partner with SRE and Delivery as first customer is onboarded, taking KT from subject matter experts, troubleshooting any issues with the products as they are configured.
• Assist with deploying minor and major releases as produced by the Global Product Engineering team.
• Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members
• Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility.
• Participate in data conversion and data maintenance.
• Provide best practice and industry specific solutions.
• Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions.
• Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.
• Participate as a team member of the functional team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
