We are looking for a channel manager to drive the growth, development and performance in a territory focused on India and ASEAN. We sell our products through a network of distributors and resellers around the world. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with marketing, product management and other sales team members. This collaboration will help you to reach out and proactively work with our distributors and resellers to drive product awareness, build the sales funnel and deliver revenue in the territory. In this role, you will be accountable for sales results.

You will
Recruit and/or manage a network of distributors throughout the territory to drive sales, including the support of reseller sales opportunities
Manage channel programs to drive distributor and reseller engagement and sales results
Support key sales opportunities and sales presentations
Maintain sales pipelines and forecasts
Gather and share channel and end-user feedback within Nureva
Conduct remote demos of Nureva products for distributors, resellers and end users
Support channel and end-user events in person and/or remotely
Regularly report on territory activity, successes and challenges
You will be expected to work flexible hours in response to territory needs and requirements. Regular travel in the territory will be required to support channel and end-user sales activities.
You have
Excellent listening skills with a consultative approach to selling and channel management
Strong presentation and communication skills
A demonstrated ability to learn about and frame product/solution USPs
An ability to ask good questions and solve problems
3+ years sales experience in a business-to-business environment, ideally in the technology space
Experience working with channel sales and channel management
Experience working in the ASEAN region
Experience working with Indian distribution is a plus
