Charles R. Bell Limited is an established wholesale and distribution operation and a part of the Bell Group of Companies. As part of a dynamic and growing organization with operations spanning wholesale and industrial sectors throughout Canada, we continue to grow and are seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in developing long term careers with our organization. Currently we are seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to be part of our Glencoe Drive, Mount Pearl, Newfoundland and Labrador Flooring & Appliance Division.

Reporting to the division manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing inside sales and customer service support for our Commercial and Residential flooring and appliance products portfolio. Additional, but not limited to duties of this role includes:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Manage and order inventory for the local distribution center in coordination with industry-leading manufacturers.
  2. Customer Service Support:
    • Address and resolve customer service-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions to any concerns or questions.
  3. Order Entry & Processing:
    • Enter customer orders accurately into the system and ensure all information is processed smoothly.
  4. Invoicing:
    • Generate and manage customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients.
  5. Collaboration with Manufacturers:
    • Work closely with industry-leading manufacturers to ensure seamless communication and efficient sales processes.

Candidate must also possess the following experience and training credentials:

  • A college diploma or equivalent business administrative experience would be an asset.
  • 2+ years experience in a sales or customer-service delivery environment would be considered an asset.
