About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Construction to join our team at Kemp Construction based in Hamilton, ON. As a leader in the construction industry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality projects and leading a team to success.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction projects & industrial maintenance accounts
• Develop and implement project plans, estimates, schedules, and budgets
• Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals
• Ensure compliance with safety and building codes
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors

Requirements:

• 10+ years of construction management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven commitment to Occupational Health, Safety, Loss Prevention & Compliance
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of current construction software tools
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Relevant degree or certification in construction management or related field
• Valid Drivers license
• Background and Credit check required
