About this role

Snaplii is seeking responsible, detail-oriented, and resilient Regulatory Supervisors to join our team in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary.

As a Regulatory Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up simple booth displays for offline company events
  • Overseeing recruitment and training of offline sales operations staff in your assigned area
  • Scheduling sales operations staff based on individual availability
  • Ensuring smooth execution of multi-scenario activities in your district
  • Coordinating and resolving potential issues
  • Monitoring and reporting on-site work situations

Requirements:

  • Personnel management skills: Familiarity with recruitment processes and ability to effectively recruit offline sales operations staff. Training capability to systematically onboard new employees.
  • Responsibility and attention to detail: Ability to work independently, ensure timely completion of all tasks, and handle every detail meticulously.
  • Teamwork ability: Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with team members across different scenarios, and drive project progress. Capable of managing and training subordinates effectively.
  • Communication and coordination skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, ability to coordinate various resources effectively, handle unexpected situations, and ensure smooth event execution.
  • Supervision and reporting skills: Keen observation skills to promptly identify issues in on-site work, ability to accurately and timely report on-site work situations.
  • Time management skills: Ability to effectively manage time and ensure timely completion of multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required.
