We're seeking aCommercial Construction Site Superintendentto take charge of on-site operations and lead our field teams to success. What Youll Do

  • Lead with Impact: Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate & Coordinate: Oversee subcontractors, trades, and field personnel to deliver exceptional results.
  • Maintain Excellence: Enforce quality standards, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
  • Resolve Challenges: Address issues head-on while ensuring compliance with design and building regulations.
  • Document Progress: Keep detailed records, update Procore, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5-10 years in construction management roles.
  • Education/Certification: Bachelors degree, diploma in Construction Management, or Red Seal Journeyperson certification.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and construction software, plus strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Certifications: First Aid & CPR, CSTS, WHMIS, Leadership for Safety Excellence, and other client-required courses.
  • Mindset: A mix of humble pride, fierce resolve, accountability, adaptability, and adventurous spirit.

The Essentials

  • Valid provincial drivers license.
  • clean criminal record check, pre employment verifications
  • Ability to work long hours, lift up to 50 lbs., and pass a pre-access drug & alcohol test if required.
