What You'll Do:

• Assist in the execution of ORBCOMM's SIOP processes, ensuring alignment with business unit objectives and operational execution goals.
• Develop and manage detailed demand and supply plans, ensuring optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyze and optimize material availability and capacity constraints, ensuring on-time delivery performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams, to improve supply chain visibility and efficiency.
• Conduct scenario planning to assess and mitigate risks in supply and demand fluctuations.
• Support monthly SIOP meetings, providing detailed reports and analysis on inventory, demand, and supply status.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turns, supplier performance, and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure efficient execution of supply chain strategies.
• Support phase-in/phase-out planning to manage product life cycles effectively.

Who You Are:

You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace. If you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in supply chain planning, operations, or inventory management.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as ASCP, APO, Kinaxis, JDA, or similar tools.
• Experience in electronics, telecommunications, or manufacturing industries is a plus.
• Supply chain certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma, PMP) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics tools.
• Ability to travel up to 10% internationally.
