#Welder-Fitter
We are currently seeking an experienced Welder - Fitter for our client's company located in North York. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company in the metal fabrication industry.
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform Stick/MiG welding tasks based on project requirements
• Interpret and work from architectural and structural drawings
• Weld and fit metal components in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
• 1-5 years of experience in Stick/MiG welding
• 1-5 years of experience as a Welder-Fitter
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong background in working with metal and structural steel
• Must have own safety boots, gloves, and welder's mask
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
• Competitive hourly rate based on experience: $23 - $25/hour
• Paid either by cheque or cash
• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday to Friday, 8-10 hours per day (with occasional weekend work)
