About the Role

Were looking for a UX Designer with strong product thinking to help shape our user experience. Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to craft seamless, engaging, and efficient user journeys. You wont just design interfacesyoull help define how our product works.

What Youll Do

  • Own end-to-end UX design from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final handoff.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define problems, explore solutions, and validate concepts through user research and testing.
  • Design intuitive flows and interactions that enhance usability and drive key business metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across the product.
  • Rapidly iterate on designs based on data, feedback, and user testing insights.
  • Balance user needs and business goals, making trade-offs when necessary while advocating for the best user experience.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI/Product Design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think beyond UIwere looking for someone who understands UX at a system level.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture.
  • Bonus: Experience with motion design and design systems.
