Reports to: Logistics Manager / Production Supervisor

About the Role

Clutch is looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Administrative Assistant. This Entry Level role is essential in supporting our fuel operations through accurate data entry, fuel receipt processing, invoicing and other administrative tasks. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent math skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter data for fuel-related transactions and reports
  • Upload and verify fuel receipts to ensure accuracy
  • Process invoices and maintain up-to-date records
  • Assist with inventory tracking and fuel reconciliation
  • Generate and review fuel usage reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to support daily operations
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • License: Minimum of a G2 Driver's License (valid in Ontario)
  • Driving Record: Clean driver's abstract with no major infractions
  • Background Check: Clear criminal background check
  • Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Ability to work in our Etobicoke location
