Finance and HR Manager
Vaughan, ON

As the Finance and HR Manager, you will oversee critical financial functions, including payroll, accounts payable, treasury, reporting, forecasting, and month-end close, while also managing HR-related responsibilities. Based in Vaughan, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective HR operations within a global healthcare organization. The ideal candidate holds a CPA designation and has a strong background in IFRS.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Treasury

  • Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and wire transfers.
  • Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare financial reports and provide key insights for decision-making.
  • Lead financial forecasting, collaborating with stakeholders for accurate projections.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial close processes, applying IFRS standards in reporting and compliance.

HR and Payroll

  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Support HR functions related to compensation, benefits, and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • CPA designation preferred, with strong IFRS knowledge.
  • Payroll experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in a finance leadership role with HR oversight.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability in a multinational environment.
