We are currently seeking Server/Bartender workers for Eagle Ranch Resort in Invermere, British Columbia. This individual will join our Food & Beverage department. Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager - the Server/Bartender is responsible for all things front of house related at Eagle Ranch Resort. The right candidate is passionate about bartending & serving, a natural leader, highly organized, detail-oriented, excels in a fast-paced environment and has a warm and welcoming presence. You have a passion for amazing food, cocktails, wine, and spirits. This passion should show whenever you are communicating with guests and staff alike.

  • You will be a specialist in the delivery and knowledge of our products.
  • Welcoming customers, reading, and listening to people to determine food & beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking food & drink orders.
  • Creating and serving beverages. Ensuring all guests have everything they need.
  • Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.
  • Help FOH and BOH operations as required.
  • Make sure bills are entered correctly, credit cards are processed properly, and cash-out is done to specifications.
  • Learn the full operation of the POS system.
  • Take ownership of all inventory items under your control and recognize they are as important as cash.
  • Perform daily operational tasks and maintain daily and weekly cleaning duties.
  • Ensure all patrons are of legal drinking age by requesting & inspecting identification.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Highly personable with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar is an asset.
  • Bartending experience is an asset.
  • Eligible to work in Canada full time.
  • Availably to work all shifts, mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to manage multiple tables and tasks efficiently, especially during busy service periods
  • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Must present proof of your BC Serving it Right Certificate or equivalent.
  • Able to lift, push or bull up to 40lbs

Salary:

  • $17.40 plus gratuities

Duration: This is a Full-Time Seasonal position, April to October. Overtime during busy periods may be required
