General Description:

We are embarking on a transformative ERP migration to the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform; and seeking a highly skilled ERP Migration Project Manager to lead this critical project. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex ERP migrations, excellent leadership abilities, and the capability to coordinate with multiple vendors and implementation partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure the successful migration to Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between all project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendor project managers and work seamlessly with teams from multiple vendors and implementation partners to ensure alignment and integration.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the data migration process, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Coordinate comprehensive testing efforts to validate that the new system meets all functional, performance, and security requirements.
  • Training and Support: Design and implement effective training programs for end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation to address any issues and ensure system stability.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing ERP migration projects, with a strong preference for experience with Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exceptional project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Expertise in data migration and system integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and implementation partners.
