Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a Dynamics AX Support Analyst for a 12-month contract position based out of our Calgary, Alberta office.

In this role, you will be providing essential support for Dynamics AX while also assisting with the transition to D365. If you are eager to help provide support during this traditional time, apply now!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT and functional teams to ensure smooth operations during the transition
  • Provide timely responses and resolutions to user issues in both Dynamics AX2012 and D365
  • Contribute to testing, validation, and comparison of AX2012 vs. D365 functionality
  • Support data migration efforts, including the validation and reconciliation of financial and operational data
  • Assist in troubleshooting data discrepancies and functional changes between AX and D365
  • Run and maintain SQL-based reports to support both AX2012 and D365 transition needs.
  • Assist in creating and modifying PowerBI dashboards
  • Support data integrity efforts to ensure a clean migration to D365
  • Maintains accurate documentation for common user issues and resolutions for both AX and D365 environments
  • Assist in training end-users on new D365 workflows and reporting tools

Role Specifications:

  • 3+ years' experience in ERP support, preference within a Dynamics AX or similar ERP environment is required
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field is required
  • Experience with D365 Finance & Operations is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce is a strong asset
  • Experience with PowerBI and reporting tools is preferred
