We are currently looking for a Product Management Intern to join our growing Product team.This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product managementwithin a fast-paced and evolving industry. Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention todetail, and an interest in digital health solutions are encouraged to apply.
Additionally, Get A-Head will provide mentoring to support the growth of the intern's career and development. Learning outcomes for this role include digital skills, problem-solving,collaboration, adaptability, technical skills, etc.
Objectives of this Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the product team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our software solutions. You will assist in research,documentation, and coordination efforts to ensure seamless product development andimplementation.
Job Responsibilities
- Conducting Research: Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor productsto gather insights and inform product decisions.
- Updating Product Documentation: Assist in maintaining product requirement documents,user stories, and release notes.
- Developing Requirements: Contribute to defining small and minor feature requirementsfor product development.
- Coordinating with Teams: Attend stand-up meetings, collaborate with engineers,designers, and stakeholders to track progress and support product development efforts.
- Testing and Feedback: Review new product features, log bugs, and provide user experience feedback.
- Project Coordination: Track project timelines, organize meetings, and assist in ensuringproduct milestones are met
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize findings effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is anasset
