Responsibilities

• Assistance with personal care and hygiene
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Accompany clients on outings
• Shopping and errands
• Medication Assist/ Reminders/Administration
• Ambulation assistance
• Provide companionship to clients
• Ability to follow care-plan
• Documentation/Charting

Qualifications

• Personal Support Worker Certificate/ Health Care Aide or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
• Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
• Ability to travel around location territory
• Access to Internet/mobile phone
