What You'll Be Expected to Do
As Territory Manager, you will drive revenue growth in your assigned territory (Greater Surrey) and:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, specialists, and office staff.
- Present and promote our innovative product portfolio through presentations, demonstrations, and educational events.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage your territory effectively, optimizing your time and resources to maximize impact.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations and contribute to the overall success of the Canadian team.

Requirements for Success
Education & Training
- A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biology, Kinesiology, Biomedical Science) or a related business discipline is preferred.
- Formal B2B sales training or certification is an asset.
Work Experience & Accomplishments
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the dental or business services industries.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience managing a territory and developing strategic sales plans.

- A strong desire to win and consistently outperform expectations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Confident and articulate presenter who can effectively communicate complex scientific information.
