About the Role:
As part of our team, you'll work one-on-one with clients to guide them through personal growth, goal-setting, and overcoming obstacles. Your coaching will support them in unlocking their true potential, building confidence, and achieving their dreams—whether it's in their career, relationships, or overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews and coaching sessions via video calls, phone, or chat to help clients with goal-setting, mindset shifts, and personal development strategies.
• Create personalized action plans that align with each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Provide ongoing support and accountability to ensure clients stay on track toward their objectives.
• Encourage clients through self-discovery, personal growth, and tackling any roadblocks along the way.
• Track client progress and adjust strategies to ensure continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a personal development coach, life coach, or in a similar role, is beneficial but not a requirement as we have a proven system.
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to create tailored coaching plans that meet clients' specific needs.
• A compassionate, results-oriented approach to coaching.
• Comfortable working remotely with flexibility in scheduling.
• Coaching certification or related qualification is a plus (but not required).
