SENIOR AUDIT ASSOCIATEObjective: We are seeking a highly motivated Audit Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in an auditor position, with a strong foundation in auditing and control practices. As an Audit Associate, you will work closely with our auditor team, contributing to periodical audits and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations in our company's area of operation.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the auditor team to fulfil responsibilities and achieve performance targets.
• Participate in periodical audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare detailed reports for the auditing manager.
• Demonstrate strong training skills and high motivation to continuously improve audit processes.
• Optimize audit procedures to enhance compliance and efficiency.
• Utilize CaseWare software for audit purposes.

Relevant Experience Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in an auditor position.
• Profound knowledge of auditing and control requirements and practices.
• Good understanding of laws and regulations relevant to the company's operations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
• High level of reliability, productivity, and attention to detail.
• Practical experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• BSc or BA degree in Accounting or Finance; master's degree and professional certification (such as CPA, CA) would be advantageous.
