Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Business Development will negotiate access, marketing, and bulk agreements with MDU (Multi-dwelling Unit) buildings and developments.

What you will be doing:

  • Meet or exceed targets for the residential MDU market.
  • Manage a funnel of opportunities from prospecting to contract execution.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and manage the client onboarding process.
  • Keep clients updated on the progress and set clear timeline expectations by coordinating with the Company's infrastructure and operations teams where possible.
  • Regular meetings and progress reports with the Senior Director of Business Development.
  • Work with the appropriate legal departments to ensure the agreements are aligned with the Company's legal requirements.
  • Develop, lead and execute a strategy for conferences and industry events.
  • Various other tasks as assigned.

What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in telecommunications or related industries.
  • Ability to establish new relationships with property managers, condo boards, rental owners, and developers.
  • High propensity to influence others.
  • Relentless work ethic and focus on expanding beanfield's customer base via economically sensible partnerships.
  • Subject matter expert in the proposal management elements and strategic market strategies that help drive significant sales growth.
  • Expert level skills in executive level presentation and engagement.
  • Proficient in pricing methodology and provides leadership advice of industry trends or practice in deal construction.
  • Experience being tasked with multiple Services Line of Business engagement opportunities.
