Your Impact

The Group Benefits Service Specialist will join Canadas top benefits administration technology and service provider. We are looking to add an enthusiastic customer-facing service team member to our fast-paced and dynamic environment working alongside our industry-leading development team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving our clients well, Canadian benefits administration experience and a desire to make a difference working alongside the rest of our client service team.

What You'll Do

  • Supporting Plan Sponsors (Employers): Support plan sponsors in the effective administration and optimization of their employee benefits programs.
  • Guiding Plan Members (Employees): Help plan members navigate our software, understand their benefits coverage, and make the most out of their plans.
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert: Build your expertise in employee benefits data, developing deep knowledge of a wide range of plans and carriers.
  • Collaborating with Development: Contribute to the evolution of our software by actively participating in user acceptance testing, identifying bugs, and providing feedback to refine our products.
  • Independently Managing Tasks: Take ownership of daily tasks while ensuring high standards of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding support to clients through live chat, email, and phone, addressing their benefits questions and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
  • Bilingual Support (Optional): If you're fluent in French, you'll have the opportunity to support our French-speaking clients in addition to English.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
