Western Community College is a privately held provider of post-secondary education in British Columbia, offering a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree program and more than 60 career training diploma and certificate programs in the fields of business, accounting, healthcare, education, hospitality, information technology, legal studies, and warehousing, using industry-based market-driven curriculums. Title: Instructor EDUCATION ASSISTANT/COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER DIPLOMA PROGRAM
The instructor will be responsible for making lesson plans, teaching, setting up practicum expectations for students, and evaluating their performance and progress.
The eligible candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Degree in Community Support/Social Work or Bachelor in Education or Special Education Assistant Diploma.
- 2 or more years of teaching/training experience.
- Adult teaching experience or completed credential in adult education
