Reporting to Dir, Talent acquisition, You will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging top-notch candidates to support Varicent growth. The primary focus is on building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates with a specialized emphasis on Engineering and Professional Services hiring in LATAM region. You will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to ensure a consistent flow and interview coordination of high-caliber talent.
What you will do:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online platforms, social media, Boolean searches, and networking, to identify and attract diverse candidates in SPM domain.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates to generate interest and build a talent pipeline.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team based on market research.
- Candidate Evaluation:
- Screen and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and alignment with the requirements of the role.
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers with detailed assessments.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the company's employer brand
- Enhance the company's visibility on relevant platforms to attract diverse set of talent.
- Interview Coordination & Offer Preparation:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details, including location, format, and participants.
- Offer letter rollouts.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Coordinator, preferably within a fast paced technology organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the tech industry, its key players, and the skills required for various roles.
- Proficient in using sourcing tools, social media platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of building and maintaining candidate pipelines.
