This position is responsible for completing all assigned field projects within assigned deadlines under the direction of a Landscape Construction Foreman. Individuals with the drive and motivation needed to progress towards a Foreman position have hands on opportunities to learn the Foreman role as a Lead Hand.

What you bring to the table

• Experience in Hardscape, Softscape and running small equipment.
  
• Technical landscaping skills including but not limited to: setting grades, installing pavers on various material, set up and execution of craning projects, work at heights, work at grade.
• Motivated to help teammates progress within the company
• Strives to find the most efficient processes to implement for the team
• Ability to foster a collaborative working environment
• Passionate about developing the team to achieve project success
• High level of adaptability
• Understand landscape designs and all required specs/buildups/details
• An eye for detail and work with my team to ensure all projects are completed correctly.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

Your Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in progressive roles
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role an asset
• Clean Driver's Abstract
• Mobile equipment experience with skid steer and excavator
• Post-secondary trades education or Red Seal (completion or working towards) in Landscaping/Horticulture an asset
