A 4-month term reporting to the Divisional Controller, your day-to-day responsibilities are balanced with working at the front desk of the corporate office and backup for other team departments as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Tracking and processing various payments
- Backup for other teams, including Accounts Payables. This will include working with Oracle
- Assisting in accounting as opportunities exist
- Answering the phone and directing calls
- Arranging couriers and managing mail
- Maintaining office supplies
- Booking board rooms and assisting to prepare materials for various meetings
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Assisting with other duties and projects as required
Our ideal candidate would have:
- Post-secondary education or working towards a diploma would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Programs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Quick learner and flexible to pick up different duties as needed
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
