Responsibilities
  • Perform auto glass repairs and replacements using Novus Glass technology, including windshield chips, cracks, and other glass damage.
  • Ensure all repairs are completed to Novus Glass specifications for maximum quality and durability.
  • Inspect vehicles to assess glass damage and determine the appropriate repair method.
  • Safely remove and replace damaged glass in vehicles, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
  • Provide accurate, detailed reports on all services performed.
  • Maintain inventory of necessary tools, materials, and supplies, ensuring the Novus Glass repair equipment is always in top condition.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining the repair process and offering guidance on preventive maintenance.
  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations while working on vehicles.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Novus Glass repair techniques and industry best practices.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in automotive glass repair or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification or training in Novus Glass repair technology is a plus.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools and specialized equipment.
  • Knowledge of automotive glass systems and repair procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy materials as required (up to 50 lbs).
