About this role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Team.

Responsible formaintaining and analyzing business transactions, managing bank and operations reconciliations, processing accounts payable and receivables, and preparing analysis reports; reporting directly to Senior Accounting Manager.

Responsible for data analysis for operations BI, to optimize business decisions

You Will:

  • Maintaining books of accounts (including but not limited to review business transactions and accounting postings, bank reconciliations, verify and process, employee expense reimbursement, etc.
  • Assisting in maintaining policy and procedure documentation for complex financial and accounting issues
  • Reviewing and optimizing financial process
  • Assisting in business analysis by different operation systems and BI tools
  • Assisting in optimizing revenue and saving cost/spending for better Net profit and ROI
  • Maintaining an accurate and complete trail of supporting documentation and schedule for all financial and bookkeeping activities
  • Assisting in month-end closing and produce of internal reports and assist in year-end schedules for submission to external auditors.

Qualifications

  • University degree in accounting, finance and related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting and CPA required
  • High responsibility, self motivated, good organizational, efficiency and performance delivery, result oriented, time management and prioritizing skills
  • Experience in QuickBooks and Circle language as an assets
  • Advanced computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office Pack
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written; Fluent in Mandarin an asset
