What You'll Do:

• Install tubs, showers, vanities, cabinets, doors, and more with precision.
• Perform demolition tasks to prepare spaces for new installations.
• Organize tools and materials efficiently at job sites.
• Reface cabinets and install cabinet doors, drawer fronts, and rollout trays.
• Repair, sand, paint, and finish wood cabinets to achieve professional-grade results.
• Perform light construction tasks, including trim work and cabinetry upgrades.
• Follow company guidelines to maintain high-quality standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and safe, leaving clients' homes spotless.
• Collaborate with the project manager to provide progress updates.

What You Bring:

• A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience with power tools (saws, routers, nail guns, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Previous remodeling or construction experience is a plusbut training is available for the right candidate!
