This is a part-time sales associate position, reporting to the store manager. The primary scheduled needed for this role is Monday through Wednesday.

What You'll Do

• Provide unforgettable service: Guide guests to the right products, offering personalized recommendations that meet their needs
• Drive sales: Use your product knowledge and passion for the outdoors to guide guests to the products that support their outdoor adventures
  
• Maintain store standards: Keep our displays inviting, restock inventory, and ensure transactions are seamless and efficient
  
• Foster teamwork: Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  
• Share our mission: Educate guests about Fjällräven's values and sustainability practices to inspire loyalty and connection
  
• Participate in events: Help build community by supporting in-store and local events
  

Who You Are

• A skilled communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve sales goals
• Enthusiastic about sustainability and sharing knowledge of our premium outdoor products
• Open to learning and collaborating with a supportive team
• Preferred, but not required: Experienced in retail or customer service
