Role: Chatbot Developer

Job Description:

This role will be to support migration of existing Chatbot platform, manage production incidents, working with Cloud in resolving vulnerabilities etc.

Senior Application Developer

Supports the DEV and related tasks for DevOps lifecycle

Works with Cloud providers (Azure/AWS/...)

Supports App development for Bot applications using a variety of skills (C# + .Net, Microsoft Bot Architecture, Terraform, Rest APIs etc.)

Monitors resources, certificates, App configurations etc.

Create, track, implement and monitors app changes using ServiceNow

Documentation of solution design and other Dev related artifacts

Incident/change/record creation, tracking and monitoring

Code production, review and implementation

Defect monitoring, troubleshooting and resolution.
