Arnett & Burgess Pipeliners Limited is seeking experienced Project Administration to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative services to support the Construction Management team through all stages of project execution, including engineering and design, construction, commissioning and completion.

The role is broad in scope and requires the successful applicant to be flexible and collaborative in their approach, applying attention to detail and proficiency in cost and project reporting, change management, stakeholder relations, communication management and document control. The successful applicant will be required to hit the ground running and be able to work utilizing existing systems and also be comfortable developing these and/ or new tools to meet project requirements as the need arises.

Responsibilities:

· Gather daily foreman time sheets

· Prepare and distribute Daily LEMs

· Maintain LEM log to ensure proper signoff on LEMs is received in a timely manner

· Issue Purchase Orders to Approved Vendors

· Assist with the capture and charge out of third party invoices

· Effectively report relevant project information to superiors in a consistent manner

· Generate monthly invoice requests

· Participate and contribute to project related meetings

Requirements

· Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field of work;

· 2-5 years of project related experience in the oil and gas, pipeline construction or infrastructure industries;

· Able to develop and manage spreadsheets and summary reports;

· Aptitude for planning, analysis, and problem solving;

· Able to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines;

· Effective written and verbal communication skills;

· Attention to detail and quality of work;
