Our client, a leading construction company specializing in Tenant Improvement (TI) and fit-out projects, is seeking a Lead SDR / Senior Business Development Lead to drive their sales and business development efforts in North Vancouver. This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with a strong background in client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic market expansion.
Location: North Vancouver, BC (Hybrid)
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 (Based on experience)
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the TI and fit-out construction sectors
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand market presence and increase revenue
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects to ensure consistent business development efforts
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations, aligning them with client needs and company capabilities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness
- Collaborate with project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction
- Track key business development metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations, ideally within construction, TI, or fit-out sectors
- Strong knowledge of the Lower Mainland construction market and industry contacts
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but extensive relevant experience will be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
