Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will help increase operational efficiency, company profitability, and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely contributing to our warehouse operations, in our 15,000 SF facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unpack, inspect, sort, and route goods to the appropriate storage areas
• Organize stock and maintain inventories
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner
• Resolve issues at the warehouse level and notify management of unresolved problems
• Communicate and cooperate with management and co-workers
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Experience using RF Smart Scanners and NetSuite software (an asset)
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
• Forklift license (an asset)
• Must have safety shoes
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills; punctual and reliable
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills (both oral & written)
• Experience in Fluid Power/Industrial Distribution (an asset)
