We are currently seeking eager individuals for an Entry-Level Residential Painting Position. No previous experience is required. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to learn new skills, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a supportive company.

• Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
• Apply paints, varnishes, and sealants for a lasting finish
• Ensure all work is carried out following safety procedures
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace before and after each task

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work carefully and efficiently
• Able to work as part of a team and assist co-workers when needed
• Physical stamina with the ability to stand, climb, kneel, and bend for long periods
• Basic understanding of color theory and various types of paint and finishes
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and able to adhere to scheduling commitments
• Valid drivers license and full-time access to a vehicle to carry tools and equipment

• Previous painting experience (although not required)
• Knowledge of specific painting techniques and styles
• Experience with power tools and other painting equipment
• Able to move and lift heavy objects (e.g. ladders, paint cans)
• Comfortable working from heights (while maintaining safety)
